Additional Apprenticeship Funding Secured to Help Businesses Grow Their Workforce

We are delighted to have received additional funding through the UK Commission for Employment and Skills to help firms take on apprentices and grow their businesses.

The extra £181,000 funding extends the opportunities for businesses to take advantage of the Cornwall Apprenticeship Agency’s (CAA) services. The CAA is dedicated to creating bespoke low risk recruitment solutions, accessing a package of funding benefits through acquiring an apprentice and helping you increase productivity and business efficiency.

The Agency is a subsidiary within Cornwall Marine Network and its team of training specialists provide on-going guidance to ensure the needs of your company are met and the apprentice provides real added value.

It offers a new and unique approach to helping a business grow, by employing the apprentice on your behalf and handling the wages, tax, National Insurance and administration. The Agency will broker attractive apprenticeship packages with funded vocational training and grants of up to £1,500 per apprentice.
