Your Role

Mining Searches UK are looking to recruit a Data Entry Administrator to join their growing team and the role will involve a range of duties across the business from entering data on to the company database from a wide range of historical and contemporary sources, answering the telephone, reception duties, and general office duties relating to the business.

Job Description

The role will primarily involve entering data into our graphical information system (QGIS) from a variety of historical and contemporary sources. These sources include historical mapping, geology mapping, reports and GPS data.

Accurately entering data onto the company database from a variety of sources.
To maintain manual and computerised database systems including data inputting, statistics and general filing systems as directed.
Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries.
Deal with all customers effectively and courteously.
To assist in general business administration duties.
Any other duties as required by the business
