Your Role

If the answer is ‘yes’ then this could be apprenticeship for you so read on! The role will involve both sales and customer services aspects, such as dealing with customers face to face, answering the telephone, making sales calls to new and existing customers, sending out quotes and invoices.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with a can-do attitude that can demonstrate a genuine passion for sales and customer service, and who wants to learn and grow in a positive and friendly work environment.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • With ongoing support and mentoring, you will work on our front line Sales and Account Management Team advising existing and prospective clients about our products, while actively looking for sales opportunities.
  • Creating quotes/proposals for customers
  • Dealing with incoming sales enquires over the telephone, website and email accounts
  • Making outbcyound sales calls from warm and cold leads.
  • Face to face and over the phone sales with customers.
  • Answering calls, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, filing and greeting customers in the office.
  • Initially you will be working with a senior colleague and will be given the opportunity to identify cross-selling opportunities and activities to new and existing customers. You may also be expected to discuss other services that we offer to our customers. With further training and experience you will be expected to handle enquiries yourself.
  • Market researching possible new customers before making contact with them
  • Produce correspondence to required timeframes and quality standards
  • Develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers
