Business and Administration
Businesses are continuously dealing with day-to-day, month-to-month issues such as replacing left or retired personnel, up-skilling existing staff and many other tasks. Maintaining a competent workforce who have the necessary range of skills to support a business system in being more efficient and productive is vital to its success.
Undertaking this Apprenticeship allows you to develop key office and administration skills such as working professionally and effectively within a team, IT skills (typing minutes, writing emails and managing staff calendars etc.), dealing with customers and implementing friendly and approachable communications as a:
- Administrator / Business Support
- Office Assistant
- Junior Secretary
- Receptionist
- As well as any other roles involving technical business skills
Business and Administration is a useful stepping-stone to Managerial Training as the skills learnt in this Apprenticeship are the foundations to good business and opens opportunities to work across the different sectors.

The Salary
£12,000-£18,000 depending on industry and location (once qualified)
