MP’s vote of confidence in Padstow holiday park

MP Dan Rogerson swapped Parliament for an award-winning holiday park in Padstow this week (29 March) in support of a nationwide tourism initiative.
The North Cornwall MP was at the award-winning Mother Ivey’s Bay Holiday Park, just west of the town, at the start of English Tourism Week.

Breakfast Event at the Cornwall Business Show

Employers will hear first-hand how apprentices can be the key to economic growth at a prominent business event in Cornwall next week.
Sarah Newton, MP for Truro and Falmouth, and employers of apprentices, will speak at a free business breakfast event organised by the Cornwall Apprenticeship Agency at the Cornwall Business Show on Thursday October 3rd, 8.30am-9.30am.

New Partnership to Stimulate Industry Growth & Create Hundreds of Cornish Apprenticeships

A consortium of 10 Cornish business sectors has formed a partnership to stimulate industry growth and create hundreds of apprenticeships through the Cornwall Apprenticeship Agency. The partners each represent support networks for their respective industries and are dedicated to helping companies with workforce training solutions and taking on apprenticeships at a reduced risk and cost.
